Victor is the founder and CEO of Maverick, his experience in cannabis was a baptism by fire when he converted his generational family farm from high tech vegetable greenhouses into the largest greenhouse cannabis opeeration in North America in 2017/2018. Founding Maverick in 2020 and leading it ever since.

Bryce Foreman, CTO

With a background in oil and gas and business analysis Bryce’s unique skills translate to the many aspects that pop up day to day running a startup hemp company.

Cyndi Siers, CFO

Cyndi’s experience in finance and business comes from the tobacco world and she brings a reasoned approach and common sense ethic to Maverick while leading the finance team.
