At Maverick Lifestyle Inc. (MVRK), we know that adult cannabis enthusiasts are the largest growing group of smokers on the planet. It’s why we dedicated ourselves to develop lines of hemp-based smokable THC-like products consumers can access legally, affordably and conveniently across the USA. Our Hemp based <.03% THC products are plant powered without the chemicals, additives, or nicotine, found in all other smokeables.
The 2018 Farm Bill allowed hemp products to be sold across the US, without facing the same restrictions as cannabis products. DVNT, MVRK’s flagship brand, is focused on producing, marketing, and distributing 100% hemp-based D8/HHC/THCa prerolls, blunts, gummies and other consumer packaged goods that get consumers high like cannabis but are legally accessible across the United States and soon in Europe.
Maverick Lifestyle Inc. is a North Carolina-based 100% hemp cigarette, cigarillo, preroll, and blunt manufacturer with retail availability, ecom channels and wholesale distribution across the United States and soon in Europe.
People love to smoke. Tobacco, cannabis, blunts, cigarettes, cigarillos, vapes, joints—there’s a draw to smoking that people can’t help but be attracted to. Tobacco and cannabis are huge businesses. The US cannabis market was valued at $33 billion in 2021 and is projected to reach a $100 billion dollar valuation by 2030. The US tobacco industry eclipsed that, with a value of $75.9 billion in 2021, and an estimated 35 million smokers in the US alone.

Cigarettes and cigarillos are full of chemicals and additives that can cause massive health risks, while cannabis products are heavily restricted by state-by-state regulations.
Comparatively, the hemp smokables market was valued at $80 million in 2020, with Nielson projecting a $300-$400 million valuation by 2025. While federal legalization of marijuana is still up in the air, and state-by-state progress is slow, hemp-based products aren’t restricted the same way as traditional marijuana-based products are.
MVRK’s 5 brands are currently available in 38 states across the US, and the company is targeting European expansion in the near future. MVRK’s manufacturing, distribution, and retail sales infrastructure is already in place nationwide, combined with our ability to produce hundreds of millions of their own units per year as well as provide white-label manufacturing services for other companies.
It’s Getting Harder To
Be A Smoker
Tobacco use kills over 8 million people each year, and up to half of the people who smoke tobacco will die of its aftereffects, according to the WHO. Inflation and supply chain issues have driven up prices of cigarettes and cigars, as have increasing taxes and other government efforts to encourage people to quit smoking. Most buildings are smoke-free, and restaurants, patios, public parks, planes, and most events no longer allow smoking either.
The classic alternative to tobacco, cannabis, is still heavily restricted on a federal level in the US, and while in some states it is legal for recreational use, in others there are only exceptions for medicinal use, or even fully illegal.
Hemp Based Alternative Cannabinoids
MVRK’s products are designed to provide a healthier alternative to traditional tobacco smoking products. MVRK brands are produced from 100% hemp, meaning that they’re fully legal and not impacted by changing and uncertain cannabis policies, or constant crackdowns on nicotine and tobacco products by the FDA. Not only are their products made without chemical additives, nicotine or the myriad harmful ingredients found in tobacco products—they satisfy the hand-to-mouth craving that many nicotine addicts are accustomed to when quitting. They are also cheaper to both manufacture and purchase, improving profit margins for MVRK and their distribution and retail partners while still providing savings to consumers compared to traditional tobacco and cannabis smoking formats.
It might come from the cannabis plant, but hemp products aren’t regulated the same way as other cannabis-based products in the US or Europe. This means that Maverick’s brands can be produced, marketed, distributed, and sold at retail locations across the USA and now Europe. With a world class manufacturing facility in-house, and an existing network of distributors and retailers, Maverick Lifestyle has built a highly scalable production, sales, marketing and distribution model
Tobacco smokers know that cigarettes are bad for them. Maybe smoking is a stress response, or a social experience, and they feel like they can’t or don’t want to give it up, despite the dangers. Maverick’s hemp CBD-based smokes help relieve the cravings for nicotine, satisfy the need to smoke, and provide a cigarette alternative without the harmful additives and chemicals found in tobacco smokes.
Delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (D8) is a variant of THC, the active ingredient in cannabis that gets you high. But here’s the thing about D8 compared to regular THC: it is produced by the hemp plant. This means that it’s unregulated and legal for sale across the US, regardless of an individual stance on cannabis products. As a result, consumer D8 products are available to capitalise on the lack of available alternatives in cannabis-adverse states.
Maverick has developed and is employing proprietary rolling tech that we have modified from traditional high speed tobacco machinery. This tech and the processes around it allow us to roll thousands of sticks per minute of the stickiest cannabinoid material around and looking toward the future we can licences / deploy this tech to many Cannabis companies looking to scale their operations and lower their costs.
There are over 1.1 BILLION smokers in the world, which means that there’s no shortage of potential consumers for hemp-based smokables. Conversion of even 1% of those smokers represents over $12 billion in potential revenue. After the USA, Europe is a natural target for Maverick’s expansion opening up access to a new audience of 140 million people.
